He was nothing short of excellent from start to finish. He answered all my questions and even went beyond some of them to explain the market. Hands down the best I’ve dealt with in a long time. I would recommend Matt and this specific office for all your insurance needs. Matt was able to get me a better rate than what I was quoted on line, with better coverage, and some extra perks. "If I could give 0 stars I would. I was convinced to switch insurance companies not at a lesser rate but better coverage only after giving all my money to start the policy And a few days later that my premium would actually be more than I quoted and that I would only receive my money back after cancelling and waiting for a check in the mail.Their reason for the premium jump was because my license was suspended almost 3 years ago for no insurance which was disclosed and not a problem at the time I sent them $200 but days later when it finally went to underwriting. I do not and will never recommend this company to anyone and have filed a complaint with the Florida office of Insurance regulation."
